He is clearly very knowledgeable, which made us feel confident in his abilities. However, the project did take longer than originally anticipated. While some delays were understandable and of no fault of his. Other mishaps during the remodeling prolonged the timeline. One significant issue was a water leak that had us thinking our wood floors would be damaged, which added to my concerns but it was resolved quickly with no damage. Regarding cost, the final bill was higher than I expected. While the quality of the work was excellent, it felt quite costly compared to my initial budget. I'm assuming it aligns with comparable remodels, but it's something to keep in mind if you’re working within a strict budget. I appreciated Carl’s professional advice and willingness to offer suggestions on various aspects of the remodel and around our older home. His helpfulness was appreciated and was kind enough to even assist neighbors with various things. His insights were valuable and helped enhance the overall project. In summary, I am happy with the end result of my shower remodel, thanks to the exceptional work and expertise of Carl. While there were improvements needed in terms of timeliness and clarity in pricing, the quality of the finished product and the professional guidance provided made the experience worthwhile."

We had a pretty major remodel which was a taking a wall out of the kitchen to open it up to the dining/living area. This include removing cabinets, adding cabinets, refinishing cabinets, adding new beams for structural bracing, re-texturing and painting wall, adding light fixtures, etc. We also had an existing porch expanded and enclosed for a sun-room at the same time the kitchen was coming together.
